Problem with AOFO with Server 2003 - Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider

Ever since I upgraded my server from Windows Server 2000 to Server 2003, I receive an error with the backup job.  This is the error: 'AOFO: Initialization failure on: "D:".  Advanced Open File Option used: Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP), Snapshot provider error (0xE0008253): Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) cannot snap the specified volume.  Restart the target computer, and then run the job again.  Check the Windows Viewer for details.'  I 'did' restart my server, but it still has this error.  On the Advanced Open File option screen, I'm using the 'Automatically select open file technology' option.  I have it configured where it only has to have 3 seconds of no disk activity for the snapshot.
