Problem with test enviroment

Hello,

need assistance. I got a test enviroment with Backup Exec 2014 SP2 on Windows 2012R2 (Used License is a test license (not for Resale) - cause we are service provider).

I tried Backup Exec with all SQL databases and it worked fine. But a standalone Exchange server 2013 CU7 (installed on Windows 2008R2) is only backuped up successfully as a VM (Exchange Server and Backup Server are in VM enviroment).

When we use a backup job with Windows Remote Agent the result is alwalys the same.

Information via V-79-57344-909

But I can´t find any usefull information. Can someone help me?

Best regards

Ralph

Only CU6 is supported, not CU7. See the SCL below http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH217478

Thank you for your response.

All options with GRT are not enabled. I´ve checked this.

CU5 was installed before and it don´t work. So I changed to newest CU. In SCL I see this:

"To back up Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, you must install Backup Exec on a Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit server or newer"

CU7 is listed.

Does it mean that 2012 R2 is not supported in this enviroment? I can change my mediaserver to  Windows 2008R2 and will inform you as soon as possible.

Would recommend to try these KBs as well :-

No need to change your media server's OS as the 2008 R2 is the minimal OS requirement.

If AOFO is enabled, pls do disable it as well for the Exchange backup.
