Problems when backing up Hyper-V TMG servers

Hi

Backup Exec 2010 R3

I have an Hyper-V setup, with multiple server joined the domain.

I have 2 servers which are not joined the domain, both serveres are TMG 2010 servers (One is Firewall, the other is Configuration server).

I backup alle Hyper-V serveres in one job/selection list, and backs up to a deduplication folder.

This Job "Completed with exceptions", the exeptions is that it can't take a GRT of the TMG servers.

The traffic from the TMG to the backup server is allowed.

Anyone who knows what I can do about this?

Regards

Lars Mortensen

See the GRT requirements:

4. What are the requirements to use the Application GRT feature for Microsoft SQL,

Exchange, and Active Directory?

• The media server must be able to connect to the virtual machine using the network name

or IP address.

The media server probably cannot connect to the Virtual Machines directly.
