Do anyone know how to upgrade remote agent on linux  from Backup Exec 2010 R2 to Backup Exec 2010 R3?

Install the RALUS 2010 R3 agent as you would do an new agent install. (using ./installralus)

Once newer version RALUS is installed, install the hotfixes using this KB - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH185802
