We use 8.6 and until recently it worked fine. It now fails to recognize the tape drive. The drive is fine, passed diagnostics tests and works with Windows. We attempted to unload and reload the program, but it wouldn't work because the Windows unload routine could not find the "uninst.isu" file. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
