QUICK START 2012, cannot find full backup job to restore files

Hi All,

I use the symantec quick start 2012 for direct connecting to my server storage, for files backup.

Everything was running well until this time I try to restore files from the latest full backup job. Find that all the items I can select to restore are incremental jobs, no full backup jobs available, even I just finished it today.

I do not know what happened and if anyone can give some help to try?

Thank you ...... and attached screen shot for reference.

Looks like something to do with cataloging or GUI (cosmetic) here. Could you change the date range and include the Full backup which was completed on 8/27/2013 and see if it shows up. If it doesn't, I would suggest you to open a support case to work on this issue.

Edit: Have you tried restoring data from this. It should work.

Do you allow users with quick-start editions to open support cases?

Hi ALL, Thanks for your comment. I created a new full backup job with one folder, then after that, I can see the full backup job in restore list for this folder...... Seems it's still working fine but do not know what happened to my old full backup jobs....then no choice but run the full backup job again... Thank you.
