Queued for a long time, failed Running Backup

hi,

I have issue with BE, and can't run backup for couple of days now.

When I run backup, it will queue for a long time around 30 mins (roughly) then prompted message saying media unrecognisable. The tape used are recycle tape, and is change everyday. Not using the same tape.

The prompted message acknowledge by pressing OK.. and the status still Queue, seems like its continue to try. I decide to Cancel, then even so Cancelling has now taken about 15 minutes.

OS is windows server 2003 R2 and BE is 2010 R3.

Please help. It'd be much appreciated.
