RALUS agents, license/product availabilty

We have BEWS10.1d running with 2 Linux agents and 3 Windows agents, all works fine.

We need to add more Linux agents - are the new Linux/RALUS agents compatible with our older version of BE10.1d for Windows Server? If not, can we still purchase the an older RALUS agent?

I had a simmilar problem recently buying a Unix agent for v11d.

Short answer: Go ahead and buy a v12 license, then call into support and ask for a license downgrade.

There used to be a posting on the exact phone number to speed up the process, but I can't find it with this wonderful new forum's search....

I also seem to recall that the process goes smoother if you're on a support agreement.

Word to the wise: once you get a license key to enter into BE, *never ever* lose track of that number, just in case.
