RALUS (beremote) run 4 times (SLES 9)

Hello,
I user RALUS with the SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 SP2.
I start RALUS regularly with /etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init start.
Now I type: ps -ef | grep beremote and I see:

root 23184 1 0 Feb09 ? 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSralus/bin/beremote
root 23186 23184 0 Feb09 ? 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSralus/bin/beremote
root 23187 23186 0 Feb09 ? 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSralus/bin/beremote
root 23188 23186 0 Feb09 ? 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSralus/bin/beremote

beremote runs 4 times. Why? Before I start it, I habe shutting down
RALUS with VRTSralus.init stop.
What's hier the problem or is this correct? On my other Linux servers
beremote runs only one time.
