RAWS crash browsing ORACLE MSCS CLUSTER From Backup exec Media server

This is my environment:

media server:

    backup exec 2010 r2 Sp1 on windows 2003 sp2  32 bit

MSCS cluster populated with 2 nodes:

     OS: windows 2003 sp2 X64 enterprise edition

clustered resource: oracle 10.2.0.5 64 bit (Fail safe config)

RAWS installed and updated on both nodes

backup exec configuration is based on the following tech notes:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH51191

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH135836&key=15045&actp=LIST

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH60001

when i try to browse the nodes for resource selection from media server the remote agent on cluster nodes crashes with the following message:

Faulting application beremote.exe, version 13.0.4164.109, faulting module BEDSRman.dll, version 13.0.4164.0, fault address 0x000000000001aae0.

this behaviour occurs either when browsing single nodes or oracle clustered ip, and no resources are shown.

the only way to see clustered resources is to stop the ms cluster service on the passive node and browse it from media server. starting ms cluster service (on passive node) again   will cause beremote.exe to crash at the next browse.

the last beremote log lines are:

[5704] 05/31/11 18:06:54 [fsys\oracle]        - AddSidDLEs: *********Oracle sid ABCLU143, Oracle  home c:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1 Oracle version 100
[5704] 05/31/11 18:06:54 [fsys\oracle]        - IsOracleClusterOK: Returning TRUE as parentdle is NULL.

[5704] 05/31/11 18:06:54 [fsys\oracle]        - CheckIfDBInCluster: Called ResUtilFindSzProperty -- Property List ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

the last line containig ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND doesn't appear in the log with the mscs service stopped

many thanks

That kb refers to Oracle 11 whereas installed version is 10.2.0.5...
