RHE Linux / Ensim Total byte count doesn't match actual contents

I have a Linux RHE / Ensim web server that has about 12Gb of data to back up. When I do a test run or even a real backup it shows that there is almost 50Gb "to be protected".

My first thought was due to following symbolic or even hard links but it appears that those settings have been properly set.

I'm stuck... Anyone have experience with this?

TIA

Hello,

To analyze this issue please answer the following questions:
-- Which version of Linux RHE you are using?

-- Have you installed ralus agent?

-- Are there any remote mount points?

Hello,

- Go to Tools > Options > Job logs and select the option "Summary information, directories and files proccessed".
- Run the backup job
- Verify if the data that is being backed up is more than the actual data present

- Also check if this server is used as a mount point for any other Linux severs.
