RHEL3 - GCC error on starting ralus service

I have a RHEL 3 box that when I try to start the Ralus service, I get an error about GCC. I have 4 other servers with the same OS that don't give me that error. Anyone got any ideas?

/usr/lib/libgcc_s.so.1: version 'gcc_4.2.0' not found (required by /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5....

Make sure that you have the latest compiler version installed and then try the install of the RALUS agent again.
