We have a 2003 Small Business Server with Symantec Backup Exec 11d, the revision was 6235 when the issue occured.
We had a user leave us; who then deleted all of their mail, we now need this but cannot restore it. When going to the restore option and selecting Information Store, we only have the choice of around 6 Mailbox's and not 20. From what we can see there is no reason why only these mailbox's get backed up.
We have since upgraded to Rev7170 but this still doesnt make any difference, is there any fix to this or do we just have to admit that we have lost this data?
