How to correct this file corrupt error in the job log?

Running the backup manually to watch the job progress and it gets stuck at this hidden folder. When I browse to this location the folder is empty. The file/folder selection to view hidden folders is selected.
Version: Backup Exevc 2014

Do ensure Advanced Open File Option is enabled in the backup job and is set to Automatically chose snapshot provider.
If you are backing up the local media server which has a volume for storing disk backups made by BE, do ensure this volume is excluded from backup.
Lastly, do ensure the Recycle Bin is emptied and does not contain any items.

AOFO is on as are snapshots. All volumes are included in the backup. If I use a selection then the Simplified Disaster Recovery option would not apply. Both the Full and Incemental backups include drives C and the external drive E which has the corrupt recycle bin error. I ran a inventory and catalog process. Started the Full Backup again and it is still sitting at the $recycle.bin file.

Clear the temp directory completely.
Do a windows search for the GUID mentioned (S-1-5-21-1840811228-1053417272-2328478300-500) and check if it exists someplace or not.

It exists in the registry at HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Protected Storage System Provider

First, try giving the Backup Exec account full rights to this registry key. And do ensure this service is running as well. If this does not work, delete this key. (Do not delete the Protected Storage System Provider key, but delete GUID sub-key instead. This may impact by clearing any saved passwords and passwords will have to be resaved)

The backup that is running moved past the file and is now backing up another file on E:\. There are no references to corrupt files on the job activity screen or on active job screen. I'll let the job complete and see what the log shows.
