Reinstalling Backup Exec 2010 R2 After Missing Services

I lost all BackupExec services and Backup Exec SQL instance. 

During installation, I keep getting

V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 28086. 

I think that the old backup exec instance still exist. I tried to removed it from Add/Remove Programs and selected BKUPEXEC instance but it does not seem to finish the process. When I click it again, the BKUPEXEC instance is still there.

Can I remoe the instance in a different way?

How do I remove the old instance from command line so that the installation can proceed. I have other SQL instances for other application.

After installation, can I just move my catalog, data, IDR folders. Is there a utility that uninstalls BackupExec 2010?
