Remote Agent Failed to install

i have baeinig using symantec backup exex 2012 for a year now, and few months ago my backup system missed one backup, from that day all my backup system missed up, some day some servers can back up and some other times it eject the tape and one specific server failed and i have uninstall the the agent from this server and now i am trying to install the agent back, i am trying to push the agent on the remote server via the backup server but gives me this error

error to the remote computer ensure that the computer is available has WMI enable and is not blocked by a firewall

now it also eject tape automatically

 

i need help

...so ejecting the tape has nothing to do with the RAWS agent not installing. Have you made sure that port 10000 is open on any firewall running on that server? Otherwise try a manual installation of the RAWS agent:

Make sure that you have updated to SP4 and the latest hotfixes by running LiveUpdate a couple of time and then push out the remote agents again.
