Remote Agent Installation on a Windows XP PC

I am trying to install Remote Agent (of which I obviously have a licence) on to a Windows XP Pro SP2 client.
I follow the procedure of launchin BackupExec 9.0 and going to Tools | Serial Nos & Installations. Adding a Remote Install and browsing the network to the required PC.
When I enter a Username and Password all I get back is Access Denied messages. I am supplying a Domain Admin user account, with fiull access over the whole domain, including both the srever on which BackuypExec is installed and the remote PC.
Are there any other services which need to be running on the remote PC for BackupExec to be able to connect to it?
Any ideas would be most welcome!

IIRC, the server service must be running, and File and Print Sharing must be enabled, but I could be mistaken

If you take the CD to the XP machine, or share it on the network, from the XP Pro machine run setupaa.cmd from the \Agents\RAWS folder

I'd also highly recommend the free upgrade to v9.1
