Remote Agent License required after upgrading to 11d remote agent

After upgrading to 11d and installing the remote agent, the error comes up when attempting to backup:

"A remote agent for Windows Systems License is required for protecting remote servers with this edition of BackupExec"....
...."Access to the device \\server1\f: is not authorized with this edition of the product."

How can I fix this?

(Should I roll back to ver 10? )

Did you purchase the required number of v11d RemoteAgents?
Are they installed and running on the remote computers?
Did you enter the serials on the media server?

The upgrade to 11d did not include an upgrade for the remote agent. When you first install 11d, you are in the trial version which works with 10d remote agent. As soon as you enter the key, it is no longer the trial version, so 11d will stop working with 10d remote agent. We reverted everything back to 10d.
