Remote Agent Utility

When I log in, I keep getting confronted with the Symantec Backup Exec Remote Agent Utility.  Maybe I am missing something...Is there a way to have this do a silent load?  All I do is hit [ok] and it goes away, but is there a switch like /s or /h to put in the path to have this happen automaticlly?

Next time it comes up, uncheck the box next to "Start the Remote Agent Utility every time you log on".  The check box is located on the Status tab.

wow...I was thinking if I unchecked this, the remote utility agent would not run and backups would not take place.  Oy vey.
