Remote Agent crashig

I have the following problem:

Remote Agent (BE2012) crashing on a Windows 2008 R2 with Exchange 2013. The following errors are all that i can find.

Event 7034, Service Control Manager

The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 7 time(s).

Can somebody help?

Hi,

As per the BE 2012 SCL, Exchange 2013 is not supported so this could be the cause of your RAWS agent crashing...

Support still has to be added! Keep an eye on the SCL in the meantime.

That said, make sure that port 10000 is open on any firewall running on that server, and that no AV is actively scanning beremote.exe. If so, put in an exclusion for that process.
