Remote Agent for Linux / UNIX (RALUS Agent)  OR  Remote Agent for Windows. Which one should I have to go for?

Otherwise can you please direct me to concern licensing department. Also I would like to know the steps to add my NAS to be backed up in Backup Exec 2014.

I presume that you will be backing up CIFS shares on the NAS so you should go for the Windows remote agent licence.  If you are doing NDMP backups, then you need a NDMP licence.

To get the Licencing department, call the local tech support number and then select Option 2.

To backup CIFS shares, see this document
