Remote Agent on XP machine

Hi,

I have recently been trying to install a remote agent onto a Windows XP PC from a Windows 2000 Server. When it asks for a username and password I user the service account (which I have added to the local admin group on the workstation) and it comes up with the error:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Now originally, I was getting an error until I freed up port number 6103. Does anyone know why else I would be unable to connect?

Any hints/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Have I put this in the wrong forum???? Is there somewhere else that I should be trying as I urgently need an answer???
