Hello Guys

  In my environment,Remote Server MS SQL Server resource not found on backup exec 2014 manager console ,I tried to reinstall and add the license,But it didn't work.This SQL Server use AlwaysOn(Availability Group),But I added the local server node.Thank you for your help

You might want to check if your SQL version is actually supported with Backup Exec 2014:

In addition if you look at "Whats new in Backup Exec":
https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/125172030-143585840-1
You will see that under Backup Exec 21.1; the first point is SQL Availability Group.


Thank you for you reply,The MS SQL Server version is 2012,In fact, I backed up the physical nodes instead of the AlwaysOn availability group

Always On Availability is not supported by BE 2014

local node MS SQL Server backup also not supported?

No. You should be able to backup the local node

I can't see MSSQLSERVER when browsing resources on Backup Exec managerment console

Can you share a screenshot of the selection when you browse the nodes (preferable so we can see the selection list available of both nodes).
