Remote backup fails

I'm submitting this case on behalf of one of my customers. The custermer has a backup server, windows 2000 sp4 and an LTO streamer.
I have scheduled 3 jobs every night. One backupjob of the local server which backup exec is installed on, one remote backup of an terminal server and one remote of a 2003 DC. The 2003 server and the backup server is connected by a wan link.The "local" job and the "remote" job of the termial server succeeds every night.
The 2003 jobs fails, it's a differential, and every friday i have sceduled a full backup. Both the diff and full job was working for � while, but now they both fails. I cant see any particiular error message.

From job monitor the elapsed time and byte count both says 00.00 for both jobs.

When you say "I cant see any particiular error message." how do you come to know that the backup has failed?

The job status field sais failed for the job the jobb Asker full, which started 11/2. Both elapsed field and byte count says 0.

About the job Asker Diff(see the log submitted) i think the problem maybe is that the operator ejects the tape before the job has finished. So I don't think it's neccesarry to look more at that problem. Was in a hurry when i posted this, and didn't look closely enough at the log.

But the problem is the full job which is sceduled to run every friday. Why doesen't it start. I have also submitted the log for the full job. Can you see any reason for the error from the log? Is there any other log which can show any reason for the error?
