Hello, I have customer that just renew their Support & Maintenance License. I give them this link to follow the step by step :

How do I update my product following my renewal?
When they save the license file and add to the console, BE 2014 Say : 'The Serial Number that You Entered is Already Registered' and when look at the console, Maintenance License is not change, meaning is Backup Exec still registered with Old Support & Maintenance License.
Can you tell me how to update/replace the old Maintenance & Support license key with the new one?
