Reporting fails with Unknown Reason 10

Backup Exec 2014 versin 14.1 rev 1786, when I try to run a report tells me unkinow reason 10. How can I fix this?

Try running a repair on the BE install through Programs and Features

If this doesnt help then run a extensive repair on the BE database  see this link http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH67239
