Can someone please help me.
I'm having problems with restore the Exchange Information Store.
I'm am trying to restore an Exchange Information Store to our DRS (Disaster Recovery System). The server we are restoring to is a full copy of the production server.
But when we do a full restore of the information store and we try to mount the database it gives the following error.
"database is inconsistent"
Normally after a restore we can directly mount the database. But this time we get this error.
We have upgrade from backupexe 9.1 --> 10. But this should not have caused the restore error.
We have tried to do a soft recovery (eseutil /R) on the database but this does not solve the error.
Also we have tried to do a repair (eseutil /P) but this seems to take hours on the "deleting Unicode fix up table".
Luckily we are in a DRP test so this is not out production environment but a test environment.
Can someone please tell me what can cause the inconsistent database.

Windows 2003 STD sp2
Backupexec 10 SP3
Exchange 2003 SP1
Information store database 140 GB.
