Restore Exchange mailbox using GRT technology

Hi,

I have Exchange 2003 and I'm triyng restore some mails from my mailbox using GRT.
After ran restore's job I get the following error:


 

Restore 00016 -- The job failed with the following error: The Logon account you specified must correspond to a unique mailbox.

For example "admin" isn't unique if there is an "administrator" account.


I'm using administrator account and this account have a mailbox. This account belongs to Exchange Full Admins.

Can you help me with this?
