Hi there,

I'm using BE 9.1 on Windows 2000.
I always has this error message: a000fe09 - The directory is invalid.
But the directory and files is still exist.
Only 1 directory is skipped.

Can I restore the files that is successfully backup during this job?

Thanks in advance.

best regards,
Deric

Hi,

You may individually restore selected files from the backup set if the backed up files are correctly displayed in "restore selections".

Have you tried creating a new job altogether in order to resolve the issue?

Please refer to the following document:

"The directory is invalid" (a000fe09 HEX or e000fe09 HEX) is reported when a backup job fails

Hope it helps.
