Restore Job Failure & Stopped Services

For the past two weeks, when we attempt to retore, we get this error "The job failed with the following error: Physical Volume Library not found." The San, where these backups are stored, is attached and available. Then, after the job fails, the Backup Exec Services are stopped. Tech support said Hotfix 10 would help but I have installed it and the issue persists. Any other users experiencing this?

Hello,

This error indicates that there is some error or corruption in Backup Exec
database.


Please perform the repair database.
