Restore - SAN Protocol

Hi guys,

I am evaluating backup Exec 2012 and just noticed that while trying to RESTORE a virtual machine, i don't have the option to select SAN as the transport protocol. Has this not been included yet? I think I read somewhere that this option was removed in Backup exec 2010.

I'm not aware of any other vendor being affected by this at the moment.  Symantec Netbackup works fine, as do other competitor products...
