Is there anyone aware why my restore targerts are gone? When I tried do restore a file I follow these steps (sum up): Restore data -> File Redirection -> Restore to drive ... a new window pop up at my screen but only a icon (all Resources) is shown, but there is no resource/units do choose where to restore my files.

...make sure the RAWS agents are:
1. Not being blocked by any firewall (open port 10000);
2. Publishing correctly to the media server;
3. Started up...

Is the system logon account configured under domain\user format and does it have the appropriate permissions per http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH23689
Are you able to manually enter the path and run the restore successfully ?

Permissions are ok. Yes I'm able to enter path manually but it doens't work, follow attachments.
