Dear fellow users,
I have the following problem: Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials when i run a restore.
Even when I let a liveupdate ran and installed the MAPI-client on the mailserver and backupserver.
Hope that someone can help me out, I did a couple of searches, but no luck so far .

What is your Exchange version ?

It would be a good idea if you can provide the version of Backup Exec, Exchange and also if you performing restore from disk or from Tape. Whether the restore is from a GRT backup?

I use Exchange 2010 and Backup Exec 2010 R2. I perform the restore from tape and I will let you know if the above 2 links helps.
Ps. i already reïnstalled MAPI and installed the latest patches with Liveupdate

If it still fails, please post the exact error message.

e00002fe - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.
This is the error message.
