Restore of AD user object fails with V-79-57344-33981

I needed to restore an AD user account with Backup Exec 2012, the user got recreated but non of the attributes, I got the following job errors:

What was most important, the user with correct GUID, was restored, but I had to manually fix all the other infromation and group memberrships.

When searching I can only find this error related to Configuration Partition restore to ADAM, not relating to restore of User object.

Thank you, but as explained I am not trying to recover object from the Configuration Partition to Active Directory Application Mode.
