Restore of Sharepoint Portal Site fails with the error "The document Library does not exist. Recreate the document Library, and then try the job again."

Looking for information inside enterprise support from symantec I got the link with the document support  http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/302535.htm, but the file not found     Does someone have the document to share it ?

Any recomendation to follow ?
