Restore problem - The Exchange Store service is not responding

Hi! I have a problem with restore individual mailbox with redirection in Exchange server. I read this article http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH61749 and backup process have no error, bit when i restore mailbox wih redirection to another user mailbox i have error:

Final error: 0xe00084f9 - A communications failure has occurred between the Backup Exec job engine and the remote agent.

V-79-57344-65072 - The Exchange Store service is not responding. Backup set canceled.

User maibox is not hidden, all patches is installed on backup exec 12, exchange server 2007 Sp2 and windows server 2003 R2. I try reinstall bckup clent, but nothing change. I try to start with key -debug, but i did't see any useful information in log.  What i need to do next?

Have you tried staging to disk manually, and then doing the restore?

If you run AOFO, it can cause issues. I have personally had issues with this. Furthermore, running GRT backups to tape will always see BE stage to disk first, BEFORE running the restore, so you would need the same amount of free space (default C:\Temp) as your Information Store is big.

Great thanks! I duplicate archive from tape to B2D folder, then restore and all work good. Make this as resolution
