Restore

I have a pc that crashed and I would like to restore her files back to her computer.  I go through the restore wizard but cannot seemed to get the files back on her pc.  I have already loaded the agent on the new computer.

What exactly is the error?  You can't see the files to restore or what?  You got to be more explicit if you want help.

...make sure the date range is correct. BE selects its own date range for your restore for some reason meaning you don't always se the media or files for restoration purposes.

I really dont get an error, I have the restore process running but my tape keeps injecting back out and wanting another tape and I am sure I have the correct tape.  I just want to be able to put files back on this computer through back exec.  I chose restore to a different location and selected the correct server which is her new computer.
