Restoring Public Folders items fails (Access denied)

I’m running BE 11d rev.7170 to backup Exchange 2k3 using GRT, for Individual mail messages restore the job is successful but when I try to restore Public Folders items the job fails with the following errors;

V-79-57344-33928 - Access denied - unable to restore directory Public Folder Store
Access denied to database .
Error writing file data.
Error : e0008488 - Access is denied.

 It is B2D, also I’ve tried B2T but both give the same error “access denied” for public folders restore, I’m using the same credentials which is Domain & Local Administrator as well as Exchange Administrator.

Note: the backup job is completed successfuly.

Restore of Public Folders individual messages can only be done from a Backup to Disk job.  Verify the account used for the restore has a mailbox and that is not hidden from the Global address book.

Try giving your logon account Owner rights to the public folder.

Gents, thanks for your reply but all recommendations are already implemented but it didn't work.

· Restore of Public Folders individual messages can only be done from a Backup to Disk job. It is Backup to Disk job.

· Verify the account used for the restore has a mailbox and that is not hidden from the Global address book. It is not hidden

· Try giving your logon account Owner rights to the public folder. It is Administrator & Owner .

Also the backup service account is Exchange Full Administrator. But I’m getting  Successful-Used server credentials when I test the Resource Credentials, I installed the latest hot fixes but still give me the same error.
