Basically the title says it all " I want to restrict user actions on Backup exec 15 or at least monitor their actions . Is this possible?

To many domain admins have access to the console and some jobs get deleted

No. This is not possible

To clarify we don't have a role based access mechanism to limit access to different parts or abilities of the BE console

But you can report on some things being changed using the auditing logs that are available from

Backup Exec Button (top left tellow circle or white with arrows in it) --> Configuration and Settings --> Audit Log

Asked for since I got onto the forums in 2008 and never implemented. It would make sense!
