Reverse Transaction logging BKF format to standard SQL Server format TRN

Andre_2

The transactionlogging (SQL Server 2000) is backupped by BE 9.1 to disk. The format for that backup file is BKF. For analyse purpose I want to have the transactionlog in it's original state (TRN).

I tried to restore it to a directory with NTBackup but did wouldn't work. Thru BE I can only restore it to a database.

How can I get the original SQL Server transactionlog?

Thanks in advanced
Andre

We would like to mention you that the data would be restored only in .ldf format and its not possible to restore in TRN format as you have specified.

Is there a solution to get the data from the transaction logging other then to use the transaction backup from SQL server it self and waiting for the next problem occurrence.

Hello,

As we have mentioned earlier that the data would be restored only in .ldf format and its not possible to restore in TRN format.
