Robotic Library Parition as network share

Hi, 
I  have question. I will be glad if someone could help me. Is it possible to somehow share "Robotic Library Partition" as network share?

Otherwise is it possible somehow share data from tapes as network share?

My hardware:
Quantum Scalar i3 + IBM Tape Drive (FC - connection to server)
Software:
Veritas Backup Exec 20.6

No. This is not possible because Windows does not know what tapes have which data

I agree with @pkh.   It is impossible using regular backup products with regular tape drivers.

There are different technologies available, such as LTFS from Quantum :   https://www.quantum.com/serviceandsupport/softwareanddocumentationdownloads/ltfs/index.aspx

It is impossible to use that feature and BE (or any other backup software) simultaneously.

You need to check the data on the tape, and then restore that to a network share.
