Can't start Backup Exec Service & login as well. When i am going to restart all the services it shows attached error.
Please have a look over attachments. Prompt support will be highly appreciated.

I have followed your suggested link. Problem still persists. Live network Backup is hampering due to this. I beleive we have maintenance contract with symmantec & i am need of emergency support.
Would you please share this issue with your online technical team & share me a case ID. I want to have a quick chat over phone.

Even when i am trying to restart the Backup Exec Agent, it shows same "Run Time Error".

End of Support for Backup Exec 12.5 was 2/18/15. I recommend upgrading to at least Backup Exec 2010R3, Backup Exec 2014 or even better Backup Exec 15. see this link for the Hardware and Software Compatibility Lists: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH205797

If you have an urgent problem, then you should log a support case with Symantec. This is a user-supported forum and nobody, including Symantec, is not obliged to comment/respond to your problems/questions. Problems on this forum cannot be forward to Symantec tech support. You would need to log a support case to be able to talk to tech support.
However, you are running an unsupported version of BE so you would not be able to log a support case with Symantec even if you have a current maintenance contract. You should use your current maintenance contract to get a free upgrade to BE 15 which is the latest version of BE. Your existing set of licence keys would not work with BE 15. You would need to upgrade to either BE 2010 R3 SP4 or BE 2014 SP2 before upgrading to BE 15
