I'm using Backup Exec 22 on Windows Server 2022. I'm trying to backup and restore a three node VM cluster in with a shared SAN storage using SAN transport mode.
When I'm trying to restore the backed up VM using SAN mode I get the below error,
Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib.
Note: SAN based restore worked earlier and I had to reinstall Backup Exec for another reason.
First time when SAN based backup worked I did a full install and second time below are the features I selected.

Firstly I'd check the SCL & HCL to ensure your SAN cluster environment is supported:

Could also be a driver issue - eg
