SDR problem

After restoring data, it stucks at "Hardware discovery operation in progress".

The progress bar loops forever

Backup Exec version is 20.6

OS: Backup server Windows server 2019

Target OS: Windows server 2019 (Virtual machine in ESXi)

Can you please confirm the ADK version you have used to create SDR iso.

If you are recovering Windows Server 2019 then you should use ADK compatible with this version i.e. ADK version #1809.

Please check if all the "Post requisites" are followed 

Post requisites

  • A full backup is recommended after installing this Feature Pack.
  • Remote Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this Feature Pack.
  • Update SDR media.
  • Veritas recommends to reboot the system(s) after applying a Hotfix or Feature Pack.

I'm using BE20.6 already, so suppose this version would fix the issue right?

Actually, I found that all data is restored, so I tried to repair the boot and then the Windows can boot now

No fix.

I need to manually repair the Windows Boot file and the Windows was able to boot.
