Hi, we are helping a customer to test SDR recovery. The BE server is BE 2014 SP2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. The clients we tried to recover are also running on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. We reboot the client from SDR boot CD and we can see the backup sets by remotely connect to the backup server. However, when the recovery job starts to run, it will run at 0% for very long time. From backup server side, we see recovery job failed but it does not say why it fails.
Have anyone see similar cases before? Any inputs are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
