SGMon.exe module KERNEL32.dll is crashing

Hello everyone,

to analyze a problem regarding restores I'll try to open SGMon but unfortunately this doesn't work since the application is crashing instantly (as you can see attached).

It doesn't matter whether I open it in Backup Exec itself or through the installation path.

I even tried running as Administrator or in compatibility mode.

Do you have any sugestions?

try running a repair through add and remove programs of .net framework and the Backupexec Installation

then if the above doesnt fix the issue open up BEutility.exe and run a repair of the BEDB.

Do ensure you have .NET 4.0 as this is the version required for BE 2014's SGmon.

If the above suggestion doesn't help, you can install an older version of SGmon from the BE 2014 installer's DVD specifically from this path BE\WinNT\UTILS\LegacyUtils\SGMon
