Hi all!

I try to install BE agent to SQL 2012 Instance but i receive error.

Final error: 0xe00086cc - Access Denied. Ensure that you have the appropriate credentials to access the remote computer. If this error occurred for another reason, you can find more information at the following URL: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO80805

Final error category: Job Errors
Completed status: Failed

I have two "identical" the SQL 2012 Instance SHV-vdbc02 and srvdbc01

Make sure that your remote agent service is started up and that it is publishing back correctly to the media server. Thanks!

I'm solved problem.

I installed Agent on each Node separately. BE saw all the roles themselves.

Access denied is a generic error that can mean incorrect credentials - but can also mean something is not available or installed that we need, or that a firewall is blocking access to something we need.

Push installs of the remote agents need remote access to RPC and WMI as well as file and printer sharing (access to $admin shares) etc.

If you can't push install then you could switch to trying a local install of the remote agent instead

Until you can get the remote agent correctly installed (and the trust to the BE server setup) you can't really look at any SQL issues.
