I am running a SQL Log backup using the backup method :
Log - Back up and truncate transaction log
The size of the 3 log files that I'm backing up are around 75 MB
The backup ends up being just over 2 GB
Why is the backup so large ?

Can you check the backup job setting -> advanced open file -> Is the checkbox checked If yes, uncheck it and try.
