SQL Server Redirected Server Prerequis

hi , i have to redirect a databse to another SQL server  using backup exec 2010
i have to know what is the prerequis of the other server that i want to restore into it (same config , same authentification.....)

1. The SQL version installed on the new server should be the same or newer than the version of SQL at the time of backups.

2. Backup Exec Account needs to have same set of permissions that were granted for Backups.

3. Remote Agent needs to be installed on the Server that the restore is being redirected to.
