SQL Servers Have Caution Symbols Next To Them?

Hi, we recently upgraded to 11d from version 9. I updated the agents on some of our SQL servers. All the servers I did update, now have a yellow "caution sign" with an exclamation point in the middle. I see this when editing the backup selections list. 

I'm assuming this is a warning of some kind but I haven't had a failed backup on those servers with the caution sign. Anyone know what this is?
